Hi, I’m Sarah!

Doin' the Bob
2013-2014 Women’s Golf team posing as coach Bob Grisham.

Hello everyone and anyone who happens to stumble upon my page,

My name is Sarah Salvatori and I am a senior at Saint Martin’s University here is Lacey, Washington. Go Saints! Here at Saint Martin’s I am working towards a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. At SMU I am co-captain of the Women’s Golf team, a student marketing intern for the Athletic Department, the marketing chair for SMU’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), the webmaster for SMU’s Circle K Club, and a member of Social Squad.

Sarah, sister (Deanna), Mom (Sylvia), and Dad (Phil) easter 2015 in Tuscan, Arizona.

Although I am living in the Olympia/Lacey area, I am originally from Salem, OR. I am the oldest of two daughters to my wonderful parents, Phil and Sylvia. I have an adorably chubby 7 year old orange tabby cat named Birdie. My friends, family, and boyfriend often refer to me as a “crazy cat lady”, but I proudly wear that title! As you may have noticed, I kinda-sorta like… love golf. I am been playing competitively since the age of 10 and it is a sport that I can take with me throughout my entire life.

Why did I choose Saint Martin’s? Great question!!! During my junior year of high school I have just begun going on visits to different schools that I had some correspondence with during the summer and sophomore year. I knew I wanted to play golf in College, I knew that I wanted to be a valuable asset to a team, and in the classroom I did not want to known as the number that identified me on a student identification card. I wanted to be Sarah. I wanted my faculty and staff to know my name. Here at Saint Martin’s, I am not a number. My teachers know my name, coaches other than my own know me, and I have had the opportunity to join so many clubs and groups on campus that I would not have been able join if I had gone to some Division I school. Yes, Saint Martin’s is a SMALL campus, and it may not be for everyone, but to those of us who have chosen to attend the university it is home.

Love, Sarah
